I eat this almost every morning for breakfast. Not only does it taste delicious, it can be put together in just a few minutes!

I always use the Acai berry packets made by Sambazon, I usually buy them at Costco (they are a great find, especially since they are Organic). In addition to Muesli, I also like to add whatever fresh fruit I have at home, such as fresh raspberries, blackberries, or sliced bananas.

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients:

    1 ripe banana-

    2 dates-

¼ cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries

¼ cup of fresh (or frozen) strawberries

2 tablespoons rolled oats (certified gluten free oats are my preference)

1 packet of frozen acai berries (I use the one from Sambazon)

    2 tablespoons almond butter

1 to 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (depending on how thick you want it-)

¼ dried muesli or your favorite granola-

First, place the frozen packet into a bowl of hot water and let stand for about 3 minutes; until the packet has completely softened.

Then in a blender put the banana, berries, dates, almond butter, rolled oats, almond milk, and acai berries. Turn the blender on medium speed until it is completely smooth, about 2 minutes.

Once it is all done, simply put it into your bowl, and sprinkle the muesli on top. Enjoy!
