Shipping & Return Policy

Orders placed before 2pm (CST) on a business day will be shipped same day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day. We will send a shipping confirmation (with tracking number) after each order ships.

•Orders with 3 or more bottles will receive free shipping #3SHIPSFREE. Orders over $75 will also receive free shipping.  
•Orders with 1-2 bottles will be charged a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee
•All standard orders are sent via Fedex Ground which takes 1-5 business days to deliver. We ship out of Wisconsin, so orders placed within the Midwest can be expected to arrive more quickly.
•You can upgrade your shipment to Fedex 2-Day Shipping for a fixed fee of $16.95
•All Auto-Delivery orders will receive free shipping (if you purchase a single order product and an auto-delivery product in the same order, you'll receive free shipping on the entire order)
•We are unable to ship outside of the US at this time.

 

Refund Policy

At Utzy Naturals, we have an Empty Bottle Guarantee! This means you can try our product for 90 days, and if you are not satisfied, simply send the empty bottle back and we'll make it right.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

We like to be easy to deal with here at Utzy Naturals. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, simply head over to your account, login, and click the "cancel" button. You can also give us a call at 877-307-6142 and our customer support team can cancel your subscription for you.

We ask that you cancel your order before it ships. If you cancel after the product ships, you may be held responsible for the payment of that product.
