Valerian Root (which comes from the Valerian plant) is one of the best
natural sleeping aids you can find. While Valerian contains over 150
different health promoting compounds, research shows that Valerenic Acid

Research show that Valerian Extract helps to improve sleep latency (i.e. the amount of time it takes to fall asleep). and feelings of wellbeing. Increase in Serotonin is beneficial, especially
