How does Utzy's Auto-Delivery product subscription work?
We keep it easy. When you're on a product page, simple select the "Auto-Delivery" option and then pick your frequency (1-6 weeks). Add it to your cart, checkout, and you're all done! You'll save 15% on all subscription orders plus free shipping. Modify or cancel at any time.
How can I manage or cancel my current subscriptions?
First you need to log in to your Utzy account. Here's the Login link.
If you don't have an Utzy account, please send us an email at care@utzy.com or give us a call at 877-307-6142. You'll need an Utzy account to manage your subscriptions.
Once you are logged into your Utzy account, select the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
You can also click this link to access your subscriptions.
From there, you can modify or cancel your subscriptions.

Why can't I add a discount code on a subscription order?
Subscription orders are already discounted 15%, plus you get free shipping.
We rarely, if ever, allow for additional discounts on top of that.
However, if you have a discount code, your code should work on one-time order products.
How do I add a product to my existing subscription?
From there, simply browse over to the product that you'd like to add to your subscription. Select the frequency that you'd prefer. Click "Add to Subscription". Check out.

Will I get an email before my subscription ships?
Yes, we'll automatically email you a few days before your subscription ships. You can pause or modify your order if needed.
Can I pause/cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can do this by logging into your account and clicking over to your current subscriptions. From there, you can click on the "pause" button.
