I do a lot of trail running and in July 2020 I had a series of 4 falls in a weeks time, my knee swelled up and lost a lot of mobility in that joint. Started taking collegen and noticed an improvement in about 10 days but wasn’t satisfied with the results, I was looking for something better. Saw Utzy Coll-u-gen on line and the claim on no clicking knee and that it’s made for runner’s. Thought I would give it a try. After about 3 days I noticed my clicking was gone, just about have my range of motion back in that knee, and now I’m very excited to resume my obstacle coarse racing season.

I have been using Coll-U-Gen for a little over 3 months now. I have been using daily, and I can say I definitely feel a difference. I have chronic knee pain that flares occassionally. Since beginning use, on-going issues have decreased tremendously. Additional benefit I noticed, joint pain elsewhere has decreased. Overall very satisfied with product and will continue to use. Price is steep, but when compared with the specific type of collagen at 40 mgs elsewhere, price comes out better. I am cutting down to half a scoop for the next month or so to see if I still retain the benefits. Will update!
