How should this product be taken?
We recommend taking 6 capsules each day, 3 capsules in the morning and 3 at night. Take with a meal for the best results.
How does Essentially-U compare to a 1-pill-a-day multivitamin?
The 1-pill-a-day multivitamins are ineffective and grossly underdosed. You can read more here why these types of multivitamins are ineffective. On the other hand, Essenitlaly-U is a premium multi-nutrient with the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that your body needs at the right doses.
Do I need to take all 6 capsules daily?
Yes, we recommend taking 6 capsules a day as this dose gives you all of the vitamins and minerals you need.
How big are the pills?
We use a standard “double 00” capsule size, which is about the height of a quarter. Please see this chart for more info.
Is this product easy to digest?
Most customers have an easy time taking Essentially-U. This is due to the chelated minerals, which are a special mineral form that are easily digested and absorbed. We also include Ginger in this formula to soothe your stomach.

Does this product contain folic acid?
Yes, however, instead of folic acid, this product contains folate, a more readily absorbed form of folic acid. We include our folate as Quatrefolic®, a clinically studied high absorption form.
Does this product contain zinc?
Yes, we include 10mg of TRAACS® Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate in our formula.
Is this product vegan certified?
No, this product is not certified vegan at this time, however, we do use vegan-grade capsules.
