Seems to be working!
It's really hard to tell if a supplement is doing what it's supposed to do, since it is difficult to factor out other diet/exercise regimens, but I started taking this to help with post-workout recovery, as I was having muscle spasms. This really seems to be helping, as I haven't had any spasms since a week after I started taking this supplement. I'm glad to find the K2/D3 combination, as D3 is hard for the body to use without K2 as a helper for absorption.
