This product is a blend of berberine with Coptic root and grape root. The concept is that the other two roots enhance the action of the berberine. Whether or not that actually happens remains to be seen. I know from previous experience that supplements like this usually don't start working overnight, it can take months to reach their full effect. The product arrived double sealed in a translucent blue glass jar, which is very attractive packaging and very eye-catching. The cost per dose is very reasonable, comparable to or even a little less expensive than other berberine formulas I've seen. I've been taking it for several days now with no side effects noted.

I've been using TriBerine, which provides 1,000 mg of full-spectrum Berberine per serving, for a little over three months. What drew me to this supplement was its promise of a blend that supports various health aspects, especially since I've been looking for something to help with my overall well-being. One of the things I noticed pretty early on was an improvement in my digestion. I’ve had occasional issues with bloating and irregularity, and since starting TriBerine, these issues seem to have lessened. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly, but my stomach just feels better overall. Another significant change I've seen is in my energy levels. I feel less sluggish, especially in the afternoons when I used to hit a major slump. This has been a welcome change because it means I'm more productive and don't feel the need for an extra cup of coffee. I like the glass bottle but I could do without the fillers. This is an interesting Berberine, it is rare than I see anyone using a combo of sources like this, this way you can get not only the benefits of berberine but also of each source's other positive values. Nice convenient 500mg per pill dosage, as not everyone will want the same total day dosage.
