Better than berberine, triberine gives you more. More energy, more alertness, more health. It was something that worked well and tasted good. I will say, usually, berberine didn’t do much for me, which is why I thought I’d try this one and well, it’s pretty good stuff.

I suspect that my metabolic system is sluggish so I sought natural supplements that contain ingredients that may improve a sluggish metabolism. Berberine seems to help me. There is no bad taste or aftertaste and I have not experienced any negative side effects after taking this Natural Triberine with 1000 mg of berberine from Utzy Naturals. The container is high quality, made from dark blue glass, this might explain the slightly higher price tag of this supplement. I can not report any any positive health improvements since taking this supplement but I can state that this product seems to perform as expected.
