I do a lot of trail running and in July 2020 I had a series of 4 falls in a weeks time, my knee swelled up and lost a lot of mobility in that joint. Started taking collegen and noticed an improvement in about 10 days but wasn’t satisfied with the results, I was looking for something better. Saw Utzy Coll-u-gen on line and the claim on no clicking knee and that it’s made for runner’s. Thought I would give it a try. After about 3 days I noticed my clicking was gone, just about have my range of motion back in that knee, and now I’m very excited to resume my obstacle coarse racing season.

I've been using Col-U-Gen since January and it has really help with my arthritis in my hands. I can comfortably make a fist with my hand with out any pain. Other minor aches and pains have also disappeared. Love this product!

As far as collagen powder specific to treating joint cartilage, Coll-U-Gen was definitely the best product price point on the market. All scientific testing used 40mg of type II collagen - other brands' serving size, most were 10-20 mg and the collagen was not specified. I almost went with another company as my first choice, but I chose Utzy because of their 3rd party testing. I would like to see those results, which is why I am giving this 4 stars. Also, at this time, I have not seen significant improvement, but I have not used this for a full month. I will continue at full serving size for an additional 2 bottles to see the complete impact and will update review at that time.
