My first batch the capsules were half full of product in 98% of the capsules. I reported this and was given an extra bottle my next order when I opened the first bottle of my new order I am finding that a lot of the capsules are not full. I don’t know if this is normal or if you are having trouble with certain batches of product. It seems to me that the capsules should be full of product so you don’t get inconsistent dosage.

Hi Marlin, We weigh our capsules to make sure that they fit a precise amount of powder per capsule. The amount of each ingredient is accurate to what is stated on the supplement facts box. However, our manufacturing team did a run that involved using an OOE capsule (elongated, i.e. a larger capsule), this led to capsules that looked like they were only filled 75%. We have fixed that issue and moved to an OO capsule size which is better suited for Berbercol. I just wanted to give you an update. We take quality assurance seriously and are always looking to improve our products when possible.

After much research, I chose Berbecol with Berberine to hopefully help to improve my lab work. However, I haven't taken the supplement long enough to know yet. I'll try to repost in the months to come. I am impressed with the follow up from this small farm company. I have communicated with them a few times and feel that they are truly interested in my feedback. Hopefully, I will have good results to share.
