For years I have dealt with low Vitamin D levels. Taking supplements did not seem to make a difference. Ever since I started taking the Utzy Natural D3, my levels have risen and remained in the normal range.

My wife has an autoimmune disease, so bone density and immune system challenges abound. Shortly, after taking D3 she noticed a marked improvement in these areas. I will say that her constant strength conditioning is also a factor in bone density improvements.
