This is a ready form of CQ10. It is easily absorbed. I can tell in a matter of minutes that I have taken it. The soft gel capsules are so easy to swallow. They smell kind of like wax or unscented lip balm. But that does not bother me. I like that there is not much extra stuff in the soft gel capsule. Just a little bit of oils and glycerin as a medium to carry the ubiquinol. This stuff gives me energy and a positive attitude. I feel good and happy when I take it. I know it helps my heart, energizes cells in my body, helps keep my cholesterol levels correct, and acts as an antioxidant in my body. I do not notice all of those things happening but I am just pleased to have my energy back. I can feel up to getting more done each day when I take this product. At one soft gel capsule a day this bottle has and a 30 day supply and for a reasonable price. I recommend it to anyone who wants to help their body, have more energy to get more done each day while feeling great.
