I started taking TriBerberine the first day I received it and was surprised to find the bottle empty today. I can't say that it's better than the other brands of Berberine I've been using, but I could take it without a problem. The capsules are regular size and the dosage is 2 per day. The taste was better than most. The ingredients include the extracted Berberine from the Indian Barberry plant (1 g) found in most of the supplements I've been taking, but also two other plant extracts that also contain Berberine - Coptis Root Extract (100 mg) and Oregon Grape Root Extract (100 mg). The capsules came in a well sealed bottle of recycled glass with the lot number and expiration date of 8/25 clearly stamped on the side. It is manufactured in the USA according to the website for Utzy Naturals. They also use third party lab testing which is something I look for when buying supplements. I feel pretty good about this product and have added it to my subscribe and save as it's being offered at a great price.

After taking this triberine supplement I can say that I had no adverse reactions. My digestion seems improved, less bloating. My energy levels seem to be the same as before, but I did use another Berberine supplement previous to this one. Supplements have different effects or none on everyone and every body. You might have very different experiences from mine. The only way to find out if something is going to work for you, is trying it for at least one month. I will finish this ( glass! Yay- very nice!) bottle and check if my body says “ buy more”.
