Firstly, the liquid form isn’t fishy tasting at all. I researched many forms of this product by other companies and utzy’s surpassed all other companies with the right kind of sourcing, accurate dose needed per day, and ease of assimilation into the body. The U-Mag is another favorite.

The fish used are anchovy, sardine, and mackerel, good sources for fish oil. The fish come from off the coast of Chile and are processed in Norway. Good product.

After my doctor's recommendation, I've been taking Omega 3 fish oil as a supplement for heart health. Along with a healthy diet, some light-dose medication, and exercise, it has helped me immensly. The Uutzy Naturals Omega-3 Fish Oil has natural Triglyceride fish Oil. It has a lemon-lime flavor, which helps if you tend to burp up fish oil, and they're pharmaceutical grade. Although eaten in natural food sources is best, some studies do show that Omega-3s contribute to normal brain and eye development. I also like the fact that depending on your doctor's recommendation, it only takes 1 capsule a day. Taking all the latter information into consideration, I highly recommend Uutzy's Naturals Omega-3 Fish Oil.
