After much research, I chose Berbecol with Berberine to hopefully help to improve my lab work. However, I haven't taken the supplement long enough to know yet. I'll try to repost in the months to come. I am impressed with the follow up from this small farm company. I have communicated with them a few times and feel that they are truly interested in my feedback. Hopefully, I will have good results to share.
