My husband always falls asleep immediately, but then almost always wakes around 1:00am and stays awake for an hour or more tossing and turning. We have a sleep number bed that tells us how well he's sleeping as well and when he takes this as directed (4 tabs) it really works for him. He had tried just one or 2 tabs because he hates taking anything, but finally gave in and it really helps when takes 4. So far nothing else has helped him, and he wakes not feeling groggy.
