I do a lot of trail running and in July 2020 I had a series of 4 falls in a weeks time, my knee swelled up and lost a lot of mobility in that joint. Started taking collegen and noticed an improvement in about 10 days but wasn’t satisfied with the results, I was looking for something better. Saw Utzy Coll-u-gen on line and the claim on no clicking knee and that it’s made for runner’s. Thought I would give it a try. After about 3 days I noticed my clicking was gone, just about have my range of motion back in that knee, and now I’m very excited to resume my obstacle coarse racing season.

I took 1 capsule per day of Inflavinol for a week prior to (and after) a 50K run - at the same time I avoided taking other over-the-counter products. I had no notable exercise-induced inflammation during or even after the run - works well for me!

I got this product to help me with my joints. I really like the high quality concentrated herbal blend. My joint pain is worse after exercise and this is going to help me with that. I have been taking this product for a short time but I already feel the benefits, I am really pleased with this product.
